BBSI is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Front Office / Shuttle Driver to join our client’s team. This role suits someone who enjoys engaging with customers, staying organized, and delivering excellent service in a dynamic environment. The position offers a blend of front office duties and driving responsibilities, providing a varied and interactive workday.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls and provide excellent customer service
  • Schedule and coordinate customer appointments
  • Shuttle customers and vehicles to and from various locations
  • Maintain a clean and organized front office
  • Clean and maintain loaner vehicles and shuttle vans
  • Assist with other day-to-day duties as needed

Required Qualifications

  • Clean driving record required
  • Excellent phone and communication skills
  • Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented
  • Reliable and dependable
  • Ability to manage appointments and communicate effectively with customers
