Position Summary
Deliver Legacy Parking's standard of service by safely and courteously transporting passengers to their destination in a company-approved golf cart.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Verify necessary supplies at the start of each shift.
  • Perform vehicle inspections, keep the golf cart clean, and fuel/charge as needed.
  • Complete pre- and post-shift paperwork, including inspection and maintenance reviews.
  • Assist customers on and off the shuttle, including with luggage and personal items.
  • Help maintain the shuttle's appearance and mechanical condition; report any malfunctions or safety hazards to your supervisor.
  • Safely transport customers to company-approved destinations.
  • Deliver Legacy Parking's standard of service with every customer: maintain the required uniform appearance, greet customers with the company greeting, answer questions, resolve issues professionally, and thank each customer upon exit.

Non-Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Complete minor cleaning or maintenance tasks as directed by local management, per the company's Maintenance Checklists.
  • Take on other special projects as assigned by location management.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • One year of related experience.
  • Ability to read and understand verbal instructions and written correspondence.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to resolve customer issues in a professional, friendly manner.
  • Valid driver's license, maintained in good standing.
  • Ability to safely operate a vehicle with standard or automatic transmission.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional, friendly demeanor with coworkers and parking customers.
  • Working knowledge of major streets, local landmarks, and highway access points near the facility.
