HIGHLAND EXPRESS SHUTTLE (Gainesville, GA)

The information below is for a van driver position with Highland Express Shuttle Service.

Location: Gainesville, GA (DRIVER MUST LIVE WITH 10 mile radius Gainesville, GA )
Position: Shuttle Driver, Part-Time
Veterans Pref.: Yes
Vehicle: 15 passenger Ford E350 van.
Work Week: Thursday, Friday & Sunday, and help out with overloads on other days as needed.
Route: Transport Military applicants (people who are trying to join the military) Also backs a route that picks up applicants in , occasionally help out if there is an over load .

Training: Will receive two days training at $ 16.00 an hour with third day optional.
Salary: $16.00 an hour Sunday thru to Friday, as needed.
Raises: Eligible for a raise after 90 days and annual thereafter.
Pay Period: From 1st to 15th is deposit at end of month; 16th to 30th or 31st deposit on the 10th of next month.
Requirements:

  • High School diploma/ GED
  • Clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record)
  • Police record check
  • Pre-employment drug screening
  • Must pass DOT physical (company paid)
  • Must run Elog and complete some paperwork on the route.
  • Must have basic skills like texting a picture, taking a picture with a tablet and checking email daily.

Note: Company does not provide internet in home.
Description: Van driver will transport Military Applicants to and from Military Entrance Processing Center for medical appointments and airport and occasionally the Armed Forces Recruiting Station located on route above to the Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS). Company provides vehicle along with maintenance, fuel, mobile phone.

Company uses E-Verify for all employees.
