Do you love being a part of the action on game day? Saz's State House is looking for a driver to help transport our guests to and from Brewers' games, Bucks' games and various concerts and shows around town. Our driver will be responsible for safely using company vehicles to transport our guests to the biggest sports and entertainment attractions in Milwaukee!

Our shuttle driver will be part of our State House team and will need to be available for local sporting events, concerts and shows throughout the year. Our drivers earn a base wage of $12.00 per hour, plus potential tips! Gratuity is always at the guest's discretion.

Overall Duties & Expectations:
  • Proactively meet guest needs.
  • Pursue punctual safety above all other tasks.
  • Present a professional appearance and positive demeanor to guests and challenges.
  • Safely drive guests to and from sporting events and shows.
  • Maintain a friendly, positive attitude towards all shuttle guests at all times.
  • Communicate efficiently and effectively. Ask questions if things are unknown or unclear.
  • Think critically to find solutions to challenges as they arise.
  • Abide by the rules of the road, adhere to standards of operations, health and safety determined by Saz's State House's training and guidelines, as well as state or municipal requirements.
  • Continue to work until all guests are transported safely to and from the event. The shift is not over until everyone has been returned safely to the State House parking lot!
Functional Tasks:
  • Operate responsibly with minimal supervision.
  • Obey all traffic laws and adhere to vehicle safety training rules.
  • Ensure equipment and items are in good working order.
  • Ensure vehicles have enough gas and are in proper working order at all times.
  • Safely and accurately navigate surface roads, highways, freeways and private property in Southeast Wisconsin.
  • Timely reporting of any incidents, accidents or issues according to SHG procedures.

To be a successful driver on our team, professional driving experience (delivery, shuttle, truck, school bus, etc.) would be helpful but is not required. Familiarity with hospitality businesses, food production or customer service are valuable. This is a part time role with an adjustable schedule based on our event calendar and when you're free to work. Weekend availability is a must!

A driver's license and clean driving record are required. All candidates final offers are contingent on approval by our auto insurance carrier. All of our drivers must be over the age of 18. Drivers must provide their own mobile cellular device to allow contact during their shift and to be used to GPS instructions as necessary.

  • Consistent, regular attendance as scheduled
  • Sit up to 2 hours at a time
  • Valid WI Drivers' license and clean driving record
