Role Overview

As a Courtesy Shuttle Driver, you'll play an essential role in creating a convenient, stress-free experience for our customers. You'll safely transport customers to and from their homes, workplaces, or other nearby destinations while their vehicles are being serviced, allowing them to continue their day with confidence.

Beyond driving, you'll help support daily shop operations by maintaining our shuttle vehicles, assisting with light errands, and helping ensure our facilities remain clean, organized, and welcoming. Key Responsibilities1. Customer Transportation
  • Safely transport customers to and from approved destinations using company shuttle vehicles.

  • Greet every customer with professionalism, friendliness, and a positive attitude.

  • Assist passengers as needed to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

  • Maintain clear communication with Service Advisors regarding pickup and drop-off schedules.

  • Follow all traffic laws and company safety procedures at all times.

2. Vehicle Care
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance of all courtesy shuttle vehicles.

  • Perform routine vehicle walk-arounds and report any maintenance or safety concerns promptly.

  • Ensure shuttle vehicles are fueled and ready for daily operation.

3. Shop Support
  • Assist with picking up automotive parts, supplies, and other materials as needed.

  • Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of customer waiting areas, offices, and shop facilities.

  • Support the team with miscellaneous operational tasks that contribute to an efficient work environment.

  • Be available to assist teammates whenever additional support is needed.

4. Customer Experience
  • Create a welcoming and positive experience during every customer interaction.

  • Represent Paul Campanella's Auto Centers with professionalism, courtesy, and integrity.

  • Help ensure every customer feels valued from the moment they arrive until their vehicle is returned.


Required Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

  • Safe driving habits and commitment to following all traffic laws.

  • Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.

  • Friendly, dependable, and professional attitude.

  • Ability to use GPS navigation and smartphone applications.

  • Ability to perform light physical tasks, including lifting parts and assisting with shop organization.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in customer service, transportation, hospitality, or delivery services.

  • Experience driving passenger vehicles or shuttle vans.
