Job description

The National brand of Enterprise Mobility is seeking responsible, dedicated people to join our team as Seasonal Full Time Lot Attendants located at Dulles Airport (IAD)- 23430 Autopilot Dr. Dulles, VA. 

The lot attendant is responsible for moving and positioning vehicles to various designated locations between our properties for servicing, transport and/or rental. Additionally, they will perform all daily responsibilities with a focus on the needs to have vehicles ready for customers in accordance with our high-quality standards.

This is a seasonal position with a 120 day maximum length of employment.

The pay for this position is $17.00 / hour.

Schedule(s):

  • Thursday-Monday: 8am-5pm
  • Thursday-Monday: 9am-5:30pm 
  • Thursday-Monday 11am-7:30pm 
  • Thursday-Monday: 9pm-5:30am 
  • Friday-Tuesday: 2:30pm - 11:00pm

Our Lot Attendants are responsible for the transporting and shuttling of rental vehicles around and between our National/Alamo and Enterprise locations at our Airport location.

  • Assist members with questions and concerns to minimize counter visits
  • Drive the vehicles from return location to cleaning/servicing location
  • Drive serviced vehicles from cleaning location to ready line location and park for easy access by customers
  • Move vehicles to different areas of the lot or facility as needed and directed by management
  • Deliver vehicles to other Enterprise locations off Airport property as directed by management
  • Ride with or follow drivers to drop off vehicle(s) or pick up vehicle(s)
  • May need to communicate via 2-way radio or cellular phone
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Must have satisfactory background check inclusive of driving (no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years, and no DUI or DWI on driving record in the last 3 years) employment reference, education and social security.
  • Under 25 minute commute (in rush hour traffic) from the location posted preferred
  • Must have at least six (6) consecutive months of prior work/organizational experience

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
  • Must be willing to accept a seasonal role up to 120 day tenure.
