John Knox Village of Florida is seeking a friendly, safetyfocused Shuttle Bus Driver to join our Transportation team. In this role, you will make a meaningful impact every day by ensuring residents travel comfortably, safely, and with exceptional customer service.

About John Knox Village

John Knox Village is a notforprofit Life Plan Retirement Community offering independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing care to more than 1,000 residents. Our scenic 70acre campus in Pompano Beach is conveniently located near major highways and transportation options.

About the Role

As a Shuttle Bus Driver, your primary responsibility is the safety and comfort of each passenger. You will assist residents in and out of the vehicle, secure seat belts, and provide warm, courteous service throughout every trip. You'll anticipate individual needs, communicate clearly, and ensure each transportation experience is positive and supportive.

You will strictly observe all traffic laws, maintain a spotless vehicle interior and exterior, and uphold the high service standards that define John Knox Village.


What We're Looking For
  • CDL license with passenger endorsement

  • Safe driving record

  • 3+ years of passenger driving experience

  • Experience transporting passengers in wheelchairs
