Job description

We are seeking a temporary Receiving Clerk to support data entry related to shipment receiving and inventory management in our warehouse. This role reports to the Central Purchasing Manager & Permitting Specialist and will assist with various clerical tasks and data entry requirements. There is potential for the position to become permanent.

Responsibilities

  • Enter data accurately for received shipments and inventory updates
  • Assist with clerical tasks related to purchasing and inventory management
  • Utilize standard warehouse software and ECS Davisware Vision for data entry
  • Maintain organized records and inventory documentation
  • Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse teams under supervision
