Position Summary

We are a diversified office technology company with three primary service lines: Imaging Equipment, Records Management (including document storage, scanning, and shredding), and Managed Network Services (including VOIP phone systems). We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to support our outside sales team by making intelligent outbound calls, setting appointments, lead generation, and conducting research. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring daily attendance at our Monroe, Louisiana facility.

Responsibilities

  • Make 75-100 outbound calls per day using a CRM and ZoomInfo

  • Set qualified appointments for the outside sales reps across all divisions

  • Research and understand client accounts in the CRM

  • Use scripts and structured discovery questions to qualify leads

  • Document all interactions in the CRM

  • Coordinate handoff of larger opportunities to outside reps

  • Block and manage time effectively

Compensation/Benefits

  • Base salary: $35,000 annually + commission

  • Performance Incentives:

    • Bonus for each qualified appointment set

    • Commission for shredding deals (details will be discussed in interview)

Requirements

  • Inside sales or outbound calling experience

  • Candidates must be based in or around the Monroe, LA area and work-in person at our office

  • CRM proficiency

  • Must be proficient in Excel

  • Strong verbal and written communication

  • Time management and organizational skills required

  • Technical understanding of business services is a plus
