Job Summary:
This role actively supports employees and managers by addressing HR-related inquiries through a dedicated portal. You will play a key part in ensuring timely resolutions and facilitating employee self-service for HR policies and procedures. This position also involves identifying and escalating process inefficiencies to mitigate HR risks.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve employees and managers with HR inquiries.
  • Support the employee lifecycle with efficient service.
  • Improve knowledge base for employee self-service.
  • Identify and address process/policy issues.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Subject matter expertise in HR benefits, onboarding, and I-9 processes.
  • Excellent communication and articulation.
  • Detail-oriented and quick to learn.
