Automotive Group Showroom Control ManagerAbout the Opportunity

Long-Lewis Auto Group is seeking an Automotive Group Showroom Control Manager to lead the processes that support vehicle transfers and inventory movement across the dealership group. This role supervises the Dealer Transfer Team, coordinates driver operations, and ensures all related workflows are completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Dealer Transfer Clerk/Team and ensure timely, accurate completion of assigned work.

  • Oversee availability checks, hold and sold unit coordination, trip quotes, transfer documentation, MSO handling, and dealer transfer checks.

  • Monitor refloor activity and maintain accurate records in DealerOps and other tracking systems.

  • Coordinate vehicle deliveries, driver scheduling, pay approvals, timekeeping, and training.

  • Manage Zoho forms and tickets for vehicle movement, picture requests, and showroom support needs.

  • Maintain inventory communications and locator lists for dealership locations.

  • Monitor aged and excess inventory and support strategies to improve vehicle movement.

  • Review transfer activity, departmental reports, and team response times.

  • Organize departmental workflows, meeting agendas, and follow-up items.

  • Identify and implement process improvements across showroom support operations.

Qualifications
  • Leadership, automotive operations, inventory management, logistics, or administrative experience preferred.
