Summary
There is only so much that you can learn in your real estate courses! Learn and grow with the help of a team of agents with decades of experience in the industry as you shadow consultations and full transactions to get a sense of what the business looks like, all while building a business of your own! Come grow with us as a Showing Assistant and Buyer Specialist. We have a proven path and will provide you with the systems, tools, coaching and accountability that ensure success. Responsibilities
  • Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
  • Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
  • Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients' search criteria
  • Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the clients
  • Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
  • Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
