Showing Assistant
The Collective is seeking a friendly, motivated Showing Assistant to join our dynamic team in St. Louis, USA. Located at 1717 Hidden Creek Court, you will assist our real estate agents by organizing, coordinating, and overseeing property showings.
The successful candidate will communicate effectively, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and consistently provide outstanding service to clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with both clients and agents in a fast-paced setting while helping prospective buyers find the right home.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and conduct property showings for prospective buyers and renters in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide detailed information about properties, including features, amenities, and neighborhood highlights
  • Maintain communication with clients to schedule appointments and follow up on showings
  • Assist in preparing properties for showings, ensuring they are clean, organized, and presentable
  • Collaborate with real estate agents to gather feedback and update property status
  • Manage and update showing schedules using company software and tools
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks related to property showings and client interactions
Qualifications
