The Blue Heron Sales Counselor represents all Blue Heron product lines. The Sales Counselor provides superior experiences throughout the entirety of the sales journey for clients. This role exemplifies the passion and energy for design-build and articulates the key differentiators in purchasing a Blue Heron home.



Responsibilities:


  • Actively utilize sales strategies, presentation tools, and marketing resources to achieve sales goals.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
  • Responsible for obtaining and managing outbound leads through networking, prospecting, and cultivating new relationships within the community.
  • Independently manage your sales pipeline, establishing meaningful connections with potential clients to drive business growth.
  • Welcome prospective clients providing an experience aligned with the Blue Heron brand and values.
  • Ensure prospective client information is accurately captured and managed in CRM throughout the sales process.
  • Provide tours for prospective clients through the Client Experience Center, show home and on available homesites.
  • Effectively communicate value proposition and key differentiators versus other builders.
  • Maintain and update knowledge of all Blue Heron products i.e. floorplans, homesites, options, design process, financing process, and communities.
  • Engage clients in conversation to fully understand purchasing motivation and determine appropriate qualification.
  • Facilitate the purchasing process including an explanation of financing options, introductions to financing lenders, and follow through to ensure the loan process is executed in a timely manner.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments for clients with internal Blue Heron disciplines.
  • Manage the full client journey during the entirety of the build and work directly with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any issues during the engagement.
  • Actively engage in client walks and milestone celebrations as applicable.
  • Open, close and ensure proper routine maintenance and appearance of show home.
  • Collaborate on marketing projects and participate in Grand Openings and Community Events.
  • Communicate and respond in a timely and professional manner to all external and internal stakeholders.
  • Network within the greater community to drive client and real estate traffic.
  • Maintain lead management with regular follow-up.
  • Complete all required reporting in a timely and thorough manner.
  • Maintain acceptable sales conversion.
  • Write and execute reservation and/or purchase agreements.
  • Attend weekly sales meetings and sales training as scheduled.




Requirements:

Essential Qualifications:


  • Maintain an active Nevada Real Estate license.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in luxury real estate, custom homes, or new home construction.
  • Strong presentation, communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proven ability to build authentic relationships and deliver exceptional client service.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment while confidently solving problems independently.
  • Strong work ethic, professionalism, and a client-first mindset.
  • Availability to work weekends and attend special events as needed.
