In this customer-facing role, you will support shortage reduction efforts through observation, customer engagement, and store safety awareness while maintaining a visible presence throughout the store. This position is ideal for individuals who are attentive, professional, and enjoy interacting with people in a retail environment.

This positions is located in Staten Island, New York.


  • Greet customers and maintain a visible presence throughout the store.

  • Monitor store entrances, exits, and sales floor activity.

  • 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations is preferred.

  • Ability to exhibit a positive demeanor, strong posture, and energetic greeting.
