We are a well-established, successful dental practice, where we truly value our hygienists and the important role they play in our success. To ensure our hygienists get off to a successful start, the candidate we hire will be offered a short training program, so when they begin to see patients, they will feel confident and comfortable in their new position within our team. Great for new grads! If you're looking for an office with a pleasant environment, where everyone is friendly and welcoming, and where you will be valued, then you'll love our office. Most of our employees have been with us for 10+ years and we feel that speaks volumes! Previous RDH experience is always a plus but we also encourage new hygiene grads to apply as well. The hygienist we hire must have an active hygiene license for the state of New Jersey. New hygiene grads must be applying for license soon. Bilingual English/Spanish, is also a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine dental cleanings and oral health assessments
  • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care
  • Assist dentists with exams and treatments, and take dental X-rays
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with industry regulations and adhere to sterilization protocols

Qualifications

  • Education: Associate or bachelor's degree in dental hygiene
  • License: Active state license as a registered dental hygienist (RDH)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
