These programs focus on specific skills or certifications that can help individuals quickly enter the workforce, advance in their current job, or switch careers. Short term training is often offered by community colleges, technical schools, and online platforms, making it accessible and flexible for a wide range of learners. It is especially beneficial for those seeking immediate employment or skill upgrades without committing to long-term degree programs.
