Job description

Description:

About Us

From weddings and celebrations to corporate gatherings and major sporting productions, our team works behind the scenes to bring events to life. We take pride in delivering exceptional experiences, embracing creativity, and making every event run seamlessly.

We believe extraordinary events start with extraordinary people. If you take pride in your work, enjoy collaborating with a supportive team, and want to be part of something bigger, you’ll feel at home here.

About the Job

As a Load Crew Associate, you're the last checkpoint before our equipment reaches the client — which makes you one of the most important people on the team. You make sure every order leaves our warehouse complete, accurate, and in great condition, and you keep our trucks and warehouse running safely and efficiently.

Beyond loading and unloading, you'll support the broader warehouse team with outgoing and incoming orders, organizing, and retrieving inventory. You'll help palletize and secure orders for transport, and you'll play a direct role in making sure every client gets exactly what they ordered, on time and in good shape.

What You’ll Do

  • Assemble customer orders from stock and load them by hand onto pallets or into the truck bay
  • Operate a forklift to move product between receiving, storage, and staging areas; complete required forklift inspections
  • Load outgoing and unload incoming trucks, securing equipment with E-track straps
  • Learn proper weight distribution to keep truck loads safe and within limits
  • Sort and storeinventory by hand on racks and shelves according to department, size, style, and color
  • Verify that palletized orders are accurate and complete before delivery
  • Wrap pallets with shrink wrap and label materials with the correct identifying information
  • Record quantities of equipment received and distributed
  • Drive company vehicles on-site as needed to support loading for shipment

What You Bring

Required

  • Warehouse, logistics, or similar hands-on experience
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks at once and hitting deadlines
  • Familiar with warehouse practices, methods, and safety standards
  • Able to regularly lift and/or move objects weighing 50–100 lbs
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative — willing to jump in and help wherever needed
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment without losing organization or attention to detail
  • A true team player who enjoys a collaborative work environment
  • Open availability, including weekends and overtime as business needs require
  • Able to stand and walk for up to 8 hours or more, with frequent pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching
  • Regular use of hands for handling, feeling, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or climbing
  • Experience operating carts, dollies, and other equipment to move inventory in quantity
  • Vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
  • Commitment to following all safety and company policies

Nice to Have

  • Forklift and pallet jack experience preferred
  • Experience in logistics, freight, or the events/production industry.
  • Bilingual communication skills (Spanish preferred)

What Makes Us Special

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive pay: $19.00 - $24.00
  • Paid time off and company holidays
  • Comprehensive benefits package including:
    • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance
    • Company-Paid Basic Life and AD&D Insurance
    • Short-Term and Long-Term Disability
    • Telehealth and Wellness programs
    • Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs)
    • Employee Assistance Program
    • 401(k) with employer matching
