Job Description:Reside Rentals, is seeking a Property Management Community Manager who will work in the clubhouse of one of our managed communities in Logan. Within this community, the Community Manager will specialize in the areas of showing rental properties to potential residents, working with qualified residents to sign leases, new resident onboarding, helping residents submit repair requests, overseeing the onsite pool, and general resident relations. This position will be supported by our other team members in our Logan, UT office headquarters. As a rapidly growing property management company in Cache Valley, Reside Rentals strives to deliver outstanding management services to our clients, while providing a fun, innovative environment for our employees.The successful candidate will work closely in a professional office/clubhouse environment alongside our existing management team. This position interacts with multiple different departments, the general public, and residents. The main responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Showing rental properties to prospective tenants Assessing condition and rentability factors of our current rental listings Welcoming new residents and conducting move-in walk-throughs Working with existing tenants to renew leases, file repair requests, and answer general questions about their leasesExplaining the move-out process and requirements to current tenants Assisting with remedying resident compliance issues (ie. resident late payments, lease violations, or community violations)Monitoring the onsite pool, clubhouse, and gym facilitiesProviding outstanding service to community residents and owners Qualifications: High school degree or equivalent Ability to work 40 hours per week during business hours of Monday through Friday from 9am - 5pm Comfortability with computers and tablets, including ability to quickly learn new programs and apps Ability to think independently and work effectively with minimal direction Demonstrating self-motivation and initiative on the job Attention to detail and ability to learn and understand lease terms and contractsWillingness to obtain certain industry certifications relating to property management and pool operation Desire for long-term employmentPerks: No need to work nights, weekends, or holidays Potential for regular bonuses based on performance Personal desk and office space, company computer, phone, and tablet Fun working environment with a skilled and supportive team
