Job description

Make a difference.
As a Customer Project Specialist, you will work with customers on large projects, time-sensitive deadlines and complex orders. You will serve as the liaison between vendor and customer to ensure material gets to the project site when it's needed and how it's needed. Whether it be a new stadium at a university, renovating the wing of a hospital or a short-term project, you will be responsible for fostering the project relationship.
Shift and Hours: Monday - Friday; 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Compensation Details: The expected rate of pay for this position is $24.00 - $29.00 per hour, depending on experience.
In this role you will:
  • Perform order entry on large project orders
  • Prepare and revise material submittals for customers
  • Handle returns and credits
  • Provide reporting to customers and suppliers using project software
  • Coordinate item deliveries to ensure on-time performance
  • Execute job lot billing and process invoices for payment

What you bring to the table:
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Organizational skills
  • Customer service skills
  • SAP and Microsoft office experience
  • 2+ years experience preferred
  • High School education
  • 4 year degree preferred
