This is not a typical marketing job.
We're looking for someone who can tell stories, capture energy, connect with people, and turn everyday moments inside our parks into engaging social content that drives excitement, community, and brand awareness.
You'll travel from park to park creating TikToks, Reels, YouTube Shorts, event coverage, influencer collaborations, and community-driven content while helping us grow our presence on TikTok and Instagram.
If you naturally create content everywhere you go, love trends, enjoy meeting people, and thrive in fast-paced environments, this could be the perfect role for you.

  • Develop recurring social media series and trend-based content
  • Serve as an on-camera personality and face of the brand
  • Create engaging behind-the-scenes and community-driven storytelling content
  • Build a large reusable content library for marketing campaigns

  • Build relationships with local schools, PTAs, youth sports organizations, and businesses
  • Coordinate influencer collaborations and creator partnerships
  • Participate in local community events and sponsorship activations
  • Help strengthen Get Air's local presence in each market
Social Media Growth
  • Help grow engagement and audience across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook
  • Stay current on trends, sounds, editing styles, and platform best practices
  • Collaborate with leadership and the marketing team on campaign ideas
  • Identify viral content opportunities and execute quickly

What We're Looking For
  • Strong on-camera presence and communication skills
  • Experience creating content for TikTok and Instagram Reels
  • Basic to advanced video editing skills
  • Comfortable traveling frequently
  • Outgoing, energetic, and highly self-motivated
  • Strong storytelling instincts and creativity
  • Ability to work independently while traveling
  • Experience hosting events or engaging with crowds is a plus
  • Photography, drone, or YouTube experience is a plus
  • Experience growing a personal or brand social account is strongly preferred
