Office Administrative Assistant

We are currently seeking Office Administrative Assistants. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, dependable, and comfortable handling multiple office tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule: Monday through Friday

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones and direct calls professionally
  • Data entry, filing, and document preparation
  • Handle invoicing and shipping paperwork
  • Assist with scheduling and office organization
  • Support daily office operations
  • Communicate with customers and staff

Qualifications:

  • Previous office or administrative experience required
  • Experience with QuickBooks
  • Experience with invoicing and shipping processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel
  • Experience using PayPal and Shopify
  • Familiarity with shipping systems such as United States Postal Service or United Parcel Service
