AI Strategy & Applications Lead

Sapulpa, OK • On-site

SeneGence
51 - 200 employees

Full-time

Re-posted 26 days ago

Job description

Role Summary

The AI Strategy & Applications Lead owns the end-to-end application of AI across SeneGence to drive revenue, reduce cost, and unlock new platform capabilities. This is not a research role. It is a builder/operator role that identifies high-leverage business opportunities and deploys AI (LLMs, agents, automation) into production workflows.

Core Mandate (What success looks like)

•    Increase revenue (conversion, AOV, retention, distributor productivity)

•    Reduce operational cost (automation, headcount efficiency, error reduction)

•    Build internal AI capability (tools, workflows, knowledge systems)

•    Establish the foundation for “SeneGence as a platform” through AI-powered distributor tools

Key Responsibilities

Business-First AI Deployment

•    Identify high-ROI AI use cases across:

      - Distributor experience (onboarding, selling tools, training)

      - eCommerce (Shopify, TikTok Shop, Amazon optimization)

      - Customer service (Gorgias automation, AI agents)

      - Marketing (content generation, personalization, creative operations)

      - Operations (forecasting, inventory, pricing optimization)

•    Prioritize initiatives based on financial impact and speed to value

•    Define clear business cases, success metrics, and expected outcomes for each initiative

LLM & Agent Implementation

•    Design, deploy, and manage LLM-based systems, including:

      - Internal knowledge assistants (product, compensation plan, training)

      - Distributor-facing AI advisors (selling scripts, skincare recommendations, field enablement)

      - Customer-facing support agents integrated into existing channels

•    Leverage third-party APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) rather than building models from scratch

•    Integrate AI solutions with Shopify, Dynamics, CRM, PIM/DAM, and other core platforms

Automation & Workflow Design

•    Replace manual, repetitive workflows with AI-driven processes and lightweight agent systems

•    Build and orchestrate automations that:

      - Execute tasks (reporting, content creation, support responses)

      - Trigger actions across systems (notifications, updates, routing, workflow steps)

•    Partner with IT and system owners while maintaining the ability to move quickly and ship independently using no-code/low-code and API-based tools

Data Utilization

•    Turn existing data (sales trends, distributor behavior, product performance, customer interactions) into usable intelligence

•    Build practical outputs (dashboards, copilots, targeted reports) that drive decisions

•    Ensure AI solutions are grounded in accurate, well-governed data

Internal AI Enablement

•    Train teams across marketing, eCommerce, customer service, and operations on effective use of AI tools

•    Develop standardized prompts, workflows, and playbooks that can scale across the organization

•    Act as the internal AI translator, connecting business needs with technical execution and ensuring leaders understand trade-offs and impact

Candidate Profile

Must Have

•    Strong business instincts with the ability to quickly identify high-ROI opportunities

•    Hands-on experience with:

      - LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, APIs)

      - Automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar)

      - Data handling and analysis (Excel, BI tools, basic SQL or equivalent)

•    Proven builder mindset with a track record of shipping, iterating, and measuring impact

•    Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building structure where it does not yet exist

Nice to Have

•    Experience with Shopify, eCommerce, or direct selling / network marketing environments

•    Exposure to CRM and CX tools (Gorgias, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)

•    Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and system integrations
