Job description

Location: Randolph, Vermont

LEDdynamics develops high-performance LED light engines, drivers, controls, and custom lighting solutions for OEMs around the world.
We're building a dedicated team focused on developing innovative products, winning new customers, and growing the LEDdynamics brand. We're looking for a creative, technically minded Digital Content & Product Marketing Specialist to help us tell that story.

Working alongside our Business Development Manager and engineering team, you'll own the LEDdynamics website and create the technical and marketing content that brings our products to life. From new product launches and datasheets to application guides, graphics, videos, social media, and digital campaigns, you'll help communicate innovative lighting technologies to customers around the world.

Responsibilities:
  • Own and continuously improve the LEDdynamics Shopify website.
  • Create engaging product pages, landing pages, and technical content.
  • Develop datasheets, brochures, application guides, and marketing materials.
  • Produce graphics, photography, and digital content using Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Support product launches, social media, email marketing, and digital campaigns.
  • Assist with basic HTML, CSS, and Shopify customization.
  • Work closely with engineering and business development to showcase new products and technologies.
  • Respond to website enquiries and help deliver an outstanding online customer experience.

Qualifications:
  • Experience with Shopify website administration.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
  • Basic HTML and CSS skills.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
