Job description

Your role

• Own order management in Shopify end to end: verify orders, edit addresses, process cancellations,

exchanges, and refunds.

• Keep every delivery on time — track open orders and fulfillment daily, flag delays early, and inform

customers before they have to ask.

• Answer customer inquiries by email, chat, and phone: product questions, order status, returns, and

warranty claims.

• File and follow up on carrier claims for lost, damaged, or delayed shipments — parcel and LTL freight.

• Work hand in hand with the warehouse team on-site: check stock, inspect returns, and resolve shipping

issues at the source.

• Escalate technical product questions to our on-site service technician and close the loop with the

customer.


What you bring

• 2+ years of customer service experience in e-commerce, ideally direct-to-consumer.

• Working knowledge of Shopify (orders, refunds, fulfillment) — it is the basis of this job.

• Fluent English, written and spoken — non-negotiable.

• Spanish is a plus.

• Experience with helpdesk tools (e.g., Gorgias, Zendesk) and carrier portals is a plus.

• Organized, proactive, and comfortable owning a problem until it is solved.

• Based in or near Corona, CA — this is an on-site position at our warehouse.


Pay and details

• $21.00–$25.00 per hour, depending on experience.

• Full-time, Monday–Friday, on-site at 1645 Leeson Lane, Corona, CA.
