Warehouse Supervisor
Job Description
BingLtd. is seeking a highly responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations across e-commerce and wholesale channels. This role ensures accurate order fulfillment, efficient inventory control, and smooth shipping coordination for products such as dining sets, table tops, butcher block countertops, kitchen island posts, corbels, and parts. You will lead the warehouse team to meet performance targets across platforms like Amazon, Wayfair, Walmart, Shopify, Etsy, and B2B orders while maintaining high standards in quality, safety, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Order Fulfillment (E-commerce & Wholesale)
    • Supervise daily pick, pack, and ship operations for Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, Shopify, Etsy orders, as well as Wholesale, walk-in, and call-in orders.
    • Ensure 100% order accuracy and on-time shipment.
    • Oversee proper packaging standards, including standard pallet packing (economy) and enhanced protective packaging (for parcel shipments).
    • Coordinate urgent and priority orders.
  2. Inventory Control
    • Maintain high inventory accuracy using cycle counts and audits.
    • Supervise receiving, labeling, and bin location management.
    • Track inventory for table tops (hevea, acacia), furniture components (legs, pedestals, corbels), and hardware (drawer slides, etc.).
    • Investigate discrepancies and adjust inventory records.
  3. Shipping & Logistics Coordination
    • Coordinate with the logistics team on LTL and FTL shipments, parcel carriers (UPS, FedEx, etc.), and 3PL and marketplace fulfillment requirements.
    • Optimize shipping methods to reduce cost and damage.
    • Assist with freight scheduling and dock management.
  4. Returns & Quality Control
    • Oversee returns inspection and disposition (restock, repair damage, reject).
    • Ensure outgoing orders meet quality control standards.
    • Monitor product damage trends and recommend packaging improvements.
  5. Team Leadership & Training
    • Supervise and schedule warehouse associates.
    • Train the team on WMS/scanner usage, packing standards, and safety procedures.
    • Drive productivity and accountability across shifts.
  6. Warehouse Organization & Maintenance
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
    • Optimize layout for fast-moving SKUs and bulky items (countertops, table tops).
    • Ensure compliance with safety standards and equipment usage.
  7. Systems & Reporting
    • Use WMS/ERP systems to manage orders, inventory, and shipping updates.
    • Track and report key metrics, including order accuracy, on-time shipping, inventory variance, and returns and damages.

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of warehouse experience (furniture, building materials, or e-commerce preferred).
  • 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Experience with Amazon, Wayfair, and Walmart fulfillment is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with WMS, barcode scanners, and inventory systems.
  • Knowledge of LTL/FTL freight and parcel shipping.
