Job description

We are seeking a Technical Integration Engineer to support customer and partner integrations across APIs, ERP, CRM, eCommerce, and marketplace platforms. This is a customer-facing role focused on solution design, onboarding, implementation, and integration support-not software development.
  • Pay Range - $60-65/ HR

Responsibilities:
  • Lead integration discovery sessions and define technical integration requirements.
  • Guide customers and partners through API and platform integrations.
  • Support integrations between ERP, CRM, marketplace, and eCommerce platforms.
  • Act as the primary technical contact throughout implementation and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful deployments.
  • Assist with troubleshooting, testing, and resolving integration issues.
  • Participate in pre-sales discussions and provide integration guidance during customer engagements.
  • Maintain project plans, status updates, documentation, and implementation best practices.

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in Technical Integrations, Solutions Engineering, Implementation Consulting, Sales Engineering, or Customer Onboarding.
  • Experience working with APIs, REST/JSON, web services, and system integrations.
  • Understanding of ERP, CRM, and eCommerce ecosystems.
  • Strong customer-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with API testing tools such as Postman.
  • Strong organization, problem-solving, and project coordination abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Shopify, ChannelAdvisor (Rithum), SAP, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or similar marketplace platforms.
  • ERP and CRM integration experience.
  • Experience supporting customer onboarding and implementation projects.
  • Exposure to pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical discovery engagements.
  • Project management experience is a plus.
