About the team and role

The Professional Services team at GBG in the Americas region is a dynamic group of client‑focused experts dedicated to delivering tailored identity and fraud solutions across a diverse portfolio of industries. This team partners closely with customers to ensure the successful implementation, optimization, and long‑term value realization of GBG’s technology. The Role

As a Senior Professional Services Consultant at GBG, in the Americas region, you will serve as the critical technical liaison between our Loqate business, our customers and our partners. You are a trusted advisor who leads clients through complex solution deployments and remains engaged to ensure long‑term success. You will perform technical functions including customer onboarding and technical account management, drive adoption, troubleshoot challenges, and uncover opportunities for optimization and growth. This position blends the responsibilities of a domain expert, implementation expert, customer advocate, and strategic consultant; offering a unique opportunity to make a measurable impact across high‑profile client engagements.

What you will do
  • Use understanding of multiple operating systems and web development languages to tailor the Loqate integration solution to meet customer expectations.
  • Provide Professional Services expertise to the Business Development and Customer Success teams.
  • Apply domain expertise to successfully configure, implement, and support all Loqate global location intelligence solutions.
  • Confidently present your knowledge of Loqate solutions to customers and prospects, both in person and remotely.
  • Build lasting customer relationships by staying engaged post‑implementation, monitoring their success, and helping them get the most value from our platform.
  • Act as a strategic technical advisor, identifying expansion opportunities and consulting on compliance, security, and scalability challenges.
  • Be the voice of the customer internally, working with our product teams to address gaps and influence our roadmap based on real customer needs.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues across web services, system architecture and mobile solutions when customers need help.
Skills we are looking for
  • 5+ years in a customer‑facing technical role; i.e. Professional Services, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Consulting supporting Software, Fin Services, Communication, Retail, Health or other related Industries.
  • Experienced with address verification technology with e‑commerce and digital checkout integrations (e.g., Adobe, Salesforce, and Shopify).
  • Experienced with web services and systems architecture (e.g., HTML, CSS, and JavaScript).
  • Expertise in data quality analysis, integration support, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Exceptional communication skills. Able to explain complex technical concepts to both developers and business stakeholders.
  • Strong project‑management capabilities with experience juggling multiple customer engagements simultaneously.
  • Proactive problem‑solving mindset. Able to anticipate challenges, work under tight timelines and execute with strong technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Global team experience; working with various cross‑functional teams across time zones.
  • Able to prioritize and act with urgency. Demonstrates strong time management and responsiveness in fast‑paced environments.
  • Ownership mindset as a technical consultant; taking full responsibility for successful delivery; ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
