Bright Thinker is seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Support Specialist to provide internal technology support while assisting with the administration, integration, and ongoing optimization of the company's core business platforms. This hybrid position serves as the primary technical resource for Bright Thinker employees, supporting day-to-day technology needs while helping maintain critical business systems including Shopify, Salesforce, DocuSign, Sage Intacct, ShipHero, Agilix Buzz, Google, and other integrated applications.


The ideal candidate is a problem solver with strong technical aptitude, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to troubleshoot, coordinate, and manage software integrations across multiple departments.

Requirements:Internal Team Technical Support
  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to Bright Thinker employees.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, scanners, and peripheral devices.
  • Assist users with Google applications
  • Maintain user accounts, permissions, and system access.
  • Document support requests and resolutions.
