Ce que nous recherchons :
Nous sommes à la recherche d’un (e) Analyste Assurance Qualité.
Tu contribueras à t’assurer que l’entreprise livre des solutions de qualité optimale à travers divers projets (sites web de contenus, sites web e-commerce, plateformes web applicatives, applications mobiles).

À titre d’analyse en assurance qualité, tu seras principalement responsable de tester et de mettre à l’épreuve les solutions développées chez Tink. Tu auras à élaborer des stratégies de test, à rédiger des cas de test et à exécuter les essais (manuellement ou avec des outils automatisés).

Tu travailleras tant en amont qu’à la fin du cycle de développement (car la qualité s’implante du début à la fin d’un projet).

Ultimement, tu seras la personne qui, en collaboration avec les Product Owner (PO) et les responsables de projet, certifiera et autorisera les livraisons de solutions aux clients de Tink. Tu seras le porte-étendard de la qualité au sein de l’entreprise.

Tâches et responsabilités du poste :
Tu auras l'opportunité de :

  • Assimiler les analyses fonctionnelles qui seront nécessaires à la planification et la mise en place des essais ;
  • Élaborer la stratégie de tests pour les différents projets ;
  • Écrire les cas de tests et planifier les cycles de tests et leurs exécutions ;
  • Valider la conformité du rendu des produits vs les maquettes fonctionnelles (UX) et artistiques (UI) produites par notre équipe de Conception ;
  • Valider la conformité du contenu intégré dans les pages d’un site web ;
  • Effectuer les tests fonctionnels ;
  • Effectuer les tests d’accessibilité (WCAG et cie) ;
  • Documenter et effectuer le suivi des anomalies identifiées et en vérifier leur résolution ;
  • Recommander positivement ou négativement la mise en production des solutions et/ou livrables ;
  • Inculquer et influencer les équipes de projet à la notion de qualité ;
  • Travailler sur plusieurs projets en parallèle ;
  • Respecter les échéanciers serrés.

Qualifications et caractéristiques requises
Pour réussir dans ce rôle, tu devras avoir :

  • Un minimum 5 ans d’expérience en assurance-qualité ;
  • Une bonne connaissance du web (sites et applications) et des applications mobiles ;
  • Expérience en rédaction de cas de test et en exécution de tests ;
  • Expérience en développement / bagage technique (Java ou Php) ;
  • Des connaissances au niveau des CMS les plus utilisées dans le marché (Wordpress, Drupal, Craft CMS, Magento, Shopify etc.) ;
  • De l’expérience en tests visuels et fonctionnels ;
  • De l’expérience avec des outils d’assurance qualité spécialisés en accessibilité (WCAG et cie) ;
  • De l’expérience avec la mise en place et/ou l’utilisation d’outils en tests automatisés (Selenium, Test Complete  de SmartBear);
  • Une bonne attitude professionnelle et un bon esprit de collaboration ;
  • Possède au minimum un DEC en informatique ;
  • Une excellente maîtrise du français, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit, est requis pour ce poste et une connaissance fonctionnelle de l'anglais serait un atout.

What we're looking for:
We’re looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst.

In this role, you’ll help ensure that our company delivers high-quality solutions across a variety of projects (content websites, e-commerce sites, web-based platforms, mobile applications).

As a QA Analyst at Tink, your main responsibility will be to test and challenge the solutions developed in-house. You’ll be expected to define testing strategies, write test cases, and execute tests either manually or using automated tools.

You’ll be involved both early and late in the development cycle, because quality is built into every step of a project. Ultimately, you’ll work closely with Product Owners (POs) and Project Leads to certify and approve solution deliveries to Tink’s clients. You’ll be the company’s flag-bearer for quality.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
You will have the opportunity to:

  • Experience in writing and executing test cases.
  • A background in development / technical skills (Java or PHP).
  • Knowledge of the most widely used CMSs on the market (WordPress, Drupal, Craft CMS, Magento, Shopify, etc.).
  • Experience in visual and functional testing.
  • Experience using QA tools specialized in accessibility (WCAG and related).
  • Experience in setting up and/or using automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, SmartBear TestComplete).
  • A professional attitude and strong team spirit.
  • A college diploma (DEC) in Computer Science, at minimum.
  • Excellent command of French, both spoken and written, is required for this position; functional English is considered an asset.
