Job description

Digital Marketing Manager

Location: Las Vegas, NV | In-Office

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: $80,000–$95,000 annually, depending on experience

About Origin Acoustics

Origin Acoustics is a leading designer and manufacturer of premium architectural audio and technology solutions. We’re passionate about creating design-centric technology that empowers Custom Integrators and enhances the spaces where people live, work, and connect.

At Origin, details matter, innovation drives us, and creativity always comes before conformity.

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to help bring that philosophy to life across every digital touchpoint.

The Role

Origin Acoustics is looking for a hands-on digital marketer with a strong design eye to help bring our brand to life across web, email, social media, product launches, and dealer communications.

This role sits at the intersection of design, content, and digital marketing. You’ll own much of the day-to-day execution of Origin’s digital presence, from designing social content and emails to updating the website, building launch pages, creating digital assets, and keeping campaigns moving.

Some days will be design-heavy. Others may mean building an email campaign, updating Shopify, creating social content, supporting a product launch, or reviewing performance and figuring out how to make the next campaign better.

We’re looking for someone who can move comfortably between Adobe Creative Suite, Shopify, HubSpot, GA4, and social platforms, with enough creative judgment to make sure everything feels unmistakably Origin before it goes live.

This is not a systems architecture or MarTech ownership role. It is a hands-on execution role measured by the quality, speed, creativity, and effectiveness of the work.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and produce digital creative across social, web, email, landing pages, banners, dealer communications, and product launches using the established Origin brand.
  • Own the day-to-day content and visual execution of the Origin Acoustics website in Shopify.
  • Build, design, QA, and deploy email campaigns and automated journeys in HubSpot.
  • Create social content from concept through execution, including graphics, carousels, short-form content, captions, and campaign assets.
  • Translate the Origin brand into digital experiences that feel thoughtful, premium, and consistent with our voice and visual identity.
  • Create and resize product, lifestyle, promotional, and campaign graphics for digital use.
  • Build and update landing pages, product pages, dealer resources, and launch experiences.
  • Publish and maintain website copy, imagery, specifications, downloads, and other product content.
  • Support product launches by coordinating digital assets and ensuring every customer-facing touchpoint is ready.
  • Manage social calendars, scheduling, and day-to-day publishing.
  • Maintain strong website content hygiene, including basic SEO, links, metadata, and page audits.
  • Support audience segmentation, email list management, and campaign optimization.
  • Review digital performance across web, email, and social and use the data to strategically improve future work.
  • Organize and maintain digital assets and brand resources.
  • Keep projects moving, anticipate what needs to happen next, and follow through on the details.

What We’re Looking For

Strong visual design skills are essential for this role.

We’re looking for a marketer who can genuinely design and has the portfolio to prove it, not someone whose design experience begins and ends with templates.

You should have a strong understanding of typography, composition, layout, hierarchy, branding, and digital design, along with the marketing judgment to understand what the work needs to accomplish.

Ideal Experience

  • 3–6 years of professional experience in digital marketing, graphic design, brand marketing, or a related role.
  • A portfolio demonstrating strong digital design work across multiple formats.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Hands-on Shopify experience.
  • Experience designing, building, and deploying email campaigns in HubSpot or a comparable platform.
  • Experience creating social media content and managing social channels for a brand.
  • Strong writing and editing skills.
  • Working knowledge of GA4 and digital performance reporting.
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
  • Understanding of SEO fundamentals.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to take creative direction and confidently carry an idea through execution.

Experience working with dealer, channel, luxury, design, architecture, technology, audio, or premium consumer brands is a plus.

This Role Is For You If...

You’re equally comfortable opening Photoshop to build a campaign asset, Illustrator to refine a digital layout, Shopify to update a product page, and HubSpot to build an email.

You notice when typography is off. You care about the crop. You know when an image feels premium and when it feels like it belongs on a spec sheet.

You also understand that good design has a job to do.

You enjoy moving between different kinds of projects, working quickly, and taking something from a rough idea to polished execution without needing every step mapped out for you.

You’re organized enough to manage the details, curious enough to keep learning, and confident enough to make the work better before it goes live.

Most importantly, you care about making the brand look as good as the products deserve.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $80,000–$95,000 annually, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.

Origin Acoustics offers a competitive benefits package, including:

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) plan
  • Paid time off and paid holidays
  • Employee product discounts
  • Career growth opportunities
  • Collaborative and innovative team environment
