Description

As our E-Commerce Operational Specialist, you'll be responsible for delivering improved, reliable, scalable, and efficient website operations on the Shopify platform. Your detailed work will result in "always-on" digital operations, efficiency and increased throughout for the department, reliable integrations within our app ecosystem, and improved centralized reporting on our core KPIs.

What will you be doing?
 

Oversee the performance and reliability of all system integrations (ERP, PIM, Punchouts, Payment methods, etc.). 

Proactively identify and prioritize opportunities to improve core site performance (page speed, navigation, search, checkout), independent of formal project work. 

Build and elevate internal team capability in Shopify, including training, documentation, and best practice sharing to increase in-house ownership.

Requirements

1.  5-8 years of experience in Digital Marketing or E-Commerce, with hands-on experience in Shopify or a related web platform. 

2.  Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or equivalent experience in E-Commerce, Marketing, or relevant field.
