Funnel Development & Conversion Optimization

Qualifications

Required:

1. 5+ years in digital or growth marketing
2. Proven Shopify experience
3. Strong Klaviyo experience
4. Experience building sales funnels
5. Experience running webinars
6. Experience managing influencer campaigns
7. Experience growing online communities
8. Strong copywriting skills
9. Excellent analytical skills

Preferred:

1. Experience in health, wellness, supplements, or eCommerce
2. Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads
3. Experience with TikTok Shop
4. Experience with AI marketing tools
5. Familiarity with SEO, CRO, and GA4

Success Metrics (KPIs)

Within the first 6-12 months, the successful candidate will help achieve:

1. Increase Shopify revenue by at least 40%
2. Increase website conversion rate to 4%+
3. Grow Klaviyo email revenue to 30%+ of total online revenue
4. Achieve 40%+ average email open rate
5. Launch and optimize at least two webinars per month
6. Generate 500+ qualified webinar registrations per month
7. Build a Facebook community of 10,000+ engaged members
8. Grow WhatsApp communities to 2,500+ active members
9. Increase TikTok followers to 100,000+
10. Recruit 100+ active influencers and affiliates
11. Improve customer repeat purchase rate
12. Maintain weekly KPI reporting with actionable recommendations
