Job description

APPLICATION SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE
Lead the transition activities for their respective brands
Ensure effectiveness of Knowledge acquisitions of the respective Support engineers during Knowledge acquisition phase
Conduct play back sessions to validate understanding captured during Knowledge acquisition phase
Ensure technical readiness of Support engineers to cutover from Transition to Steady state
Design and develop custom themes, templates, and components based on client requirements.
Integrate third-party apps and plugins to enhance the functionality of client stores, ensuring smooth operation and optimal user experience.
Write clean, maintainable HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code to ensure responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
Customize features, including checkout processes, shopping carts, and product pages, to meet client needs.
Optimize website speed, performance, and security to ensure a fast and secure shopping experience.
Conduct unit testing and debugging of websites to identify and resolve issues, ensuring the highest quality deliverables.
Should have implemented SEO best practices to improve the store s visibility and search engine rankings.
Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other developers to deliver projects on time and within scope.
Communicate with clients to understand their requirements, provide solutions, and estimates, and address any technical concerns or questions.
Maintain documentation of code, configurations, and integrations for future reference and team collaboration.
Accountable for Application Support, Maintenance and Enhancements for their respective Brands
Work closely with COTY brand leaders to understand their needs and ensure they are satisfied with services provided
Drive up customer satisfaction for their respective Brands
Lead the technical resolution of Major Issues (P1 and P2 Issues)
Work closely with the Support engineers and guide and coach on incident resolution , problem management and enhancements being executed
Drive Brand level improvements through a continuous improvement plan
Drive IMMI for their respective brands
Conduct Brand level Daily stand ups and Weekly Status meetings. Prepare and present Key metrics for their respective brands - SLA's, KPI's, Sprint adherence, Code quality, Quality assurance
Ensure KEDB is accurately updated for Incidents resolved driving down Mean time to resolve (MTTR)
Accountable for SLA's and KPI's for their respective brands
Drive Peak event Management along with the Brand leads
Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
ENHANCEMENTS
Drives enhancement pipeline management with their respective brand leaders
Drives agile ways of working across all enhancement work done for their respective brands
Review code for enhancements prior to raising pull/merge requests
Ensure SONAR or relevant tools are run to compile code quality metrics and address any call outs
Proven experience as a Developer with a strong portfolio of projects.
Experience in designing and architecting the solutions
Experience with team handing will be a plus
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid
Knowledge of features and capabilities.
Experience with responsive web design and mobile optimization.
Familiarity with SEO best practices for e-commerce websites.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
