Softline Solutions is a full-service digital marketing agency based in Southern California that helps businesses grow online by increasing visibility, generating leads, and boosting sales. About the role
We're looking for a Senior Web Designer with a sharp ecommerce sensibility and the technical fluency to go from concept to conversion. You'll drive the design of Brio's direct to consumer digital storefront experience including product detail pages, landing pages, campaign assets, and the testing and iteration methodologies to improve their performance.
This is an individual contributor role. You'll work closely with the Design Lead, Ecommerce and collaborate cross-functionally with Brio's ecommerce, marketing, digital, and product teams.
What you'll do
  • Design and optimize product detail pages (PDPs) for clarity, trust, and conversion across Brio storefronts and websites.
  • Build and iterate on landing pages for paid media, email campaigns, and promotions with CRO as a core design lens.
  • Work in Shopify Plus to design and deploy pages for promotions, product launches, partnerships and interactive storytelling to support Brio's brand and ecommerce goals.
  • Collaborate with digital marketing and ecommerce teams to improve conversion and achieve business goals
  • Work closely with UX designers and ecommerce product managers to set up and analyze A/B tests; translate results into design decisions

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of web/digital design experience with a significant focus on ecommerce
  • A portfolio that demonstrates strong consumer product, landing page, and CRO-oriented work.
  • Proficiency in Figma, including component libraries and prototyping
  • Working knowledge of Shopify: how themes work, what's customizable, and how to design within platform constraints
  • Strong understanding of mobile-first design and responsive layout principles
  • Experience collaborating with developers to implement designs accurately
  • Comfort using analytics and A/B testing data to inform design decisions

Nice to Have
  • Experience in DTC retail, subscription, or CPG.
  • Experience with Shopify Plus or headless/custom Shopify builds
  • Familiarity with email design systems (Klaviyo or similar)
  • Background in consumer product brands, DTC, or lifestyle categories
  • Experience working in an internal agency or shared services model
  • Experience in A/B testing, CRO, or performance marketing environments where design decisions are validated against measurable outcomes.

The pay range for this role is:
110,000 - 145,000 USD per year (Softline HQ)
