They are seeking a highly creative and technically skilled Shopify Web Designer/Developer to join their growing eCommerce team, focusing on both front-end development and design to enhance customer experiences and optimize Shopify storefronts.
Responsibilities:
• This role requires a balance of 60% coding expertise and 40% design proficiency to create, customize, and optimize Shopify stores
• Design and build reusable Shopify sections, templates, and modular UI components to improve scalability, maintainability, and consistency across the storefront.
• Design responsive, accessible, and visually consistent experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile breakpoints.
• Develop and maintain branded promotional and flow emails for new product launches and marketing campaigns using Klaviyo.
• Optimize storefront experiences for conversion, engagement, and usability through layout and UX improvements.
• Provide data-driven recommendations and actionable insights by gathering and identifying analytics with tools such as Google Analytics and Shopify Analytics
• Design and develop high-converting campaign landing pages and promotional experiences aligned with marketing initiatives.
• Implement and manage dynamic content structures using Shopify metafields, metaobjects, and custom templates.
• Design and implement custom Shopify functionality in Liquid, including interactive UI components and custom page logic.
• Take ownership of Shopify storefront initiatives from concept and design through implementation, QA, launch, and iteration.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, Digital Media, or a related field preferred.
• At Least 2 year experiences as a Shopify Web Designer, Shopify Developer, or similar role.
