Job description

The Stock Supervisor is the engine behind the store - the person who makes sure product arrives, gets processed, and finds its way to the sales floor always keeping the client experience in mind. Reporting to the Store Manager, this role own's the stockroom and inventory flow. Weekly shipments, RTVs, supply management all run through this role ensuring that it is managed efficiently, accurately, and always on brand. "On brand" doesn't stop at the front door - it extends to the stockroom, the shelves, and everything in between.
  • Receive, unpack, and process weekly shipments promptly and accurately, verifying counts against packing slips and purchase orders and flagging discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and manage RTV (Return to Vendor) shipments - from documentation to packaging to timely dispatch - following Eberjey's guidelines.
  • Keep the stockroom clean, organized, and safe, using storage systems that make product easy to find, count, and restock.
  • Track and manage store supplies.
  • Partner with the Store Manager and sales team to keep the sales floor consistently stocked, visually merchandised, and reflective of Eberjey's visual standards.
  • Maintain presentation standards throughout back-of-house and customer-facing spaces, so the store always looks polished, on-brand, and guest-ready - stockroom included.
  • Communicated proactively with the Store Manager on inventory needs, discrepancies, or operational concerns. 
  • 1-2 years of experience in a retail stockroom, inventory, or backroom role; specialty or luxury retail experience is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and close attention to detail especially around inventory accuracy and documentation. 
  • Blue Cherry and Shopify experience is a plus!
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs, and to stand, bend, kneel, reach, and climb ladders or step stools for extended periods.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced retail environment.
