Graphic Designer – Sales & Marketing Materials Black Diamond Coatings (BDC Brands) | Brooksville, FL | On-site


Black Diamond Coatings makes premium, eco-friendly home improvement products under the DOMINATOR, AQUA-X, and OBSESS brands, sold through Amazon, Lowe's, The Home Depot, Walmart, and our own Shopify store. We're a veteran- and family-owned company scaling fast, and we need a designer who can turn product info into materials that actually help us sell.


What you'd own

This role runs our Shopify storefront (product pages, banners, section builds, on-page SEO) and our sales-enablement library (sales sheets, spec sheets, line cards, presentation decks, and trade show materials for DOMINATOR, AQUA-X, and OBSESS).

You'll work directly with our sales team to turn product details into clear, persuasive visuals, and with our Growth Marketing Manager on Shopify merchandising. Fast turnarounds matter here: standard requests in 3 business days, rush requests in 24-48 hours, with zero pricing or spec errors making it to the field.


What you need

  • 2+ years of hands-on Shopify experience: building and editing sections and theme content without developer support, plus on-page SEO basics (alt text, metadata, image optimization)
  • Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator; InDesign strongly preferred for multi-page collateral
  • 2-5 years of professional design experience, ideally in production design for sales or marketing
  • A portfolio (or live-site examples) that shows real Shopify work, not just familiarity with the platform
  • Strong organizational skills. You'll be managing multiple projects and proofing your own work for accuracy

    Candidates who advance complete a short, paid design test: building a sample sales sheet from real product info and doing a small Shopify task. We want to see how you work, not just what's in your portfolio.
