We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics & Order Processing Coordinator to support daily operations across a multi-channel distribution environment. This role combines hands-on order processing with logistics coordination to ensure accurate, timely fulfillment across eCommerce and wholesale channels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process and manage customer orders across multiple channels (e.g., Amazon, Wayfair, and B2B/wholesale accounts)
• Coordinate outbound shipments with warehouses, 3PL partners, and LTL/FTL freight carriers
• Track shipments, ensure on-time delivery, and proactively resolve fulfillment or transportation issues
• Monitor inventory levels across multiple locations and channels to prevent stockouts and delays
• Communicate with internal teams (sales, customer service, operations) to ensure smooth order flow
• Maintain accurate records in ERP, inventory, and order management systems
• Manage returns, replacements, and carrier claims as needed
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or order processing
