We are seeking a Shopify Developer & CRO Specialist to join our Technology team. This role is responsible for building, optimizing, and continuously improving our Shopify storefront to drive conversion and enhance the customer experience.


Shopify Developer & CRO Specialist- Requirements and Key Skills:

  • 5+ years of hands-on Shopify development experience, with a strong track record building and optimizing storefronts.
  • Proficiency in Shopify Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with Shopify APIs and app integrations.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices, UX principles, and conversion-focused design.
  • Experience analyzing site performance and user behavior using tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar platforms.
  • Proven ability to identify conversion barriers and implement data-driven improvements.
  • Experience designing and executing A/B tests and other experimentation strategies (e.g., multivariate testing).
  • Strong problem-solving skills, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues efficiently.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Nice to have: Experience creating user personas and customer journey maps.

Shopify Developer & CRO Specialist-Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Build and Optimize the Shopify Experience:

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance Shopify storefront functionality.
  • Implement responsive, high-performing, and user-friendly front-end experiences.
  • Integrate and manage Shopify apps and APIs to support business needs.

Drive Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):

  • Design and execute A/B tests and other experimentation strategies.
  • Identify conversion barriers and opportunities through data analysis and user behavior insights.
  • Continuously optimize site performance to improve conversion rates, AOV, and overall customer experience.

Leverage Data and Analytics:

  • Monitor and analyze site performance using tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and similar platforms.

Collaborate Across Teams:
