CRM Operations Specialist

Job Overview

We are seeking experienced CRM Operations Specialists to contribute to a project focused on optimizing sales operations and customer relationship management processes.

In this role, you will apply your practical expertise in CRM platforms, sales processes, automation, and data management to help improve next-generation AI systems. You will provide real-world insights, evaluate workflows, review CRM data, and validate AI-generated outputs against practical sales operations scenarios.

No prior AI experience is required—your CRM and sales operations expertise is what matters most.

Scope of Work
  1. Evaluate and provide expert input on CRM workflows, sales processes, pipeline management, and automation logic using platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and similar tools.

  2. Document existing sales operations processes, identifying workflow inefficiencies, operational challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

  3. Provide real-world CRM scenarios, examples, and feedback based on industry best practices in sales operations and enablement.

  4. Review, analyze, and annotate CRM records, data, workflows, and user interactions to support AI training objectives.

  5. Evaluate and validate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, relevance, and alignment with real-world sales and CRM operations.

  6. Review and contribute to documentation, process guides, training materials, and other CRM-related content.

  7. Assess CRM data quality and identify inconsistencies, duplication, missing information, and process gaps.

  8. Provide actionable recommendations for improving CRM adoption, workflow efficiency, automation, and sales process consistency.

  9. Collaborate with project teams and reviewers to refine CRM-related datasets, scenarios, and AI evaluation criteria.

Preferred Qualifications

  5. Strong analytical and process-mapping skills, with the ability to understand and evaluate complex business workflows.

  6. Excellent attention to detail when reviewing CRM data, processes, and system outputs.

  7. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide clear documentation and actionable feedback.

  8. Experience supporting software implementations, CRM training, process improvement initiatives, or sales enablement programs is a plus.

  9. No formal degree is required; practical CRM expertise, hands-on experience, and platform fluency are the primary criteria.
