Job description

Data Entry Associate (Immediate Hire)

We are seeking a data entry associate who has an attention to detail, accelerated typing skills, proficiency with database software, an ability to work independently, and strong written and verbal communication skills.

The data entry candidate should also possess the following skills and abilities:

· Verifying data: Checking and comparing source documents to ensure data accuracy in Microsoft, Adobe PDF, and Odoo inventory management.

· Maintaining records: Keeping records organized and up to date in our system while reviewing prior data.

· Protecting data: Keeping customer and account information confidential.

· Preparing reports: Summarizing data for standardized reporting.

· Basic email knowledge: Organizing emails to search for critical information pertaining to Production or Data.

· Excel experience: Utilizing basic functions, such as VLOOKUP, SUM, CONCAT, to sort and organize data to locate essential information.

In addition to performing the tasks above, the data entry associate will be responsible for assisting with other tasks, such as routine office duties, filing, and typing.

A PLUS:

· Having experience with production and understanding the process that takes products from manufacturing to the end user.

· Having experience with light coding or HTML.

· Having experience utilizing platforms like SHOPIFY to update and upload product information.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, DOE.

Benefits: Health Insurance; 401(k).

Schedule: (schedule may vary)

· 8-hour Shift
