University Club of Kentucky is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of a Pro shop sales associate. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service to the patrons of Puget Sound. 

Essential duties and responsibilities: 

  • Maintain a professional appearance at all times 
  • Assists golfers checking in for their round of golf 
  • Able or can learn to operate Point-of-Sale system 
  • Should have math or cash handling skills 
  • Books tee times 
  • Rents golf equipment 
  • Assigns golf carts and tee times 
  • Sells shop merchandise 
  • Cleans and organizes carts, empties garbage cans and cleans patio area 
  • Closes and secures Pro Shop carts and outside areas 
  • Keeps shelves stocked and tidy 
  • Keeps work areas clean throughout shop 
  • Discusses merchandise and equipment ordering with management 
  • Opens and closes cash register, cashes out daily income 
  • Assists all customers as necessary 
  • Organizing groups on the 1st tee, sharing course information and starting them on time 
  • Other duties to be assigned 
  • Background Check required 

Minimum Qualifications for Sales Attendant: 

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED). 
  • Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
