Shop Technician / Equipment Delivery Driver

Wolverine Kubota

Wolverine Kubota is seeking a motivated and dependable Shop Technician / Equipment Delivery Driver to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with equipment, has mechanical aptitude, and likes a variety of responsibilities throughout the day.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling new tractors and equipment, performing routine maintenance and inspections, preparing equipment for sale or rental, and transporting equipment to and from customer locations.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble new tractors, mowers, utility vehicles, and attachments according to manufacturer specifications
  • Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and basic repairs on equipment
  • Install accessories and attachments on new equipment
  • Conduct pre-delivery inspections to ensure equipment is customer-ready
  • Load, unload, and secure equipment for transportation
  • Deliver and pick up equipment safely and professionally
  • Assist customers with equipment operation and basic maintenance information during deliveries
  • Maintain accurate service and delivery records
  • Keep the shop, yard, and work areas clean, organized, and safe
  • Assist with general dealership and rental operations as needed

Qualifications

  • Mechanical aptitude and experience with equipment, tractors, automotive, or diesel repair preferred
  • Ability to safely operate tractors, skid steers, trailers, and other equipment
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • CDL 
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in both indoor and outdoor environments
  • Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
