Monday - Friday (7:30am - 4:00pm)

About Us: Nepa Wholesale, established in 2009, is a premier distributor of e-cigarettes, tobacco, and related products located in West Palm Beach, FL. We are seeking motivated, punctual individuals to join our expanding team.
Responsibilities:
  • Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
  • Provide accurate information and timely solutions
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints efficiently
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Process orders, forms, and requests
  • Coordinate with internal departments
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma
  • Previous customer service experience required
  • Excellent communication skills in English (bilingual in Spanish or Hindi is a plus)
  • Proficient in computer skills, including data entry
  • Ability to handle high call volumes professionally
  • Experience working in a C-store, vape shop is a plus
Requirements:
