Position Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic, patient-centered Chiropractor who is passionate about delivering exceptional hands-on care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys treating musculoskeletal conditions, educating patients, developing personalized care plans, and helping patients transition from pain relief to long-term health and performance.

Unlike traditional high-volume chiropractic practices, Club Five Health emphasizes clinical excellence, collaborative care, and long-term patient relationships.


What You'll Do

Patient Care

  • Perform comprehensive orthopedic, neurological, functional, and chiropractic examinations
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings
  • Deliver high-quality chiropractic adjustments utilizing a variety of techniques
  • Perform hands-on soft tissue therapies, including myofascial release, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM), stretching, mobilization, and other evidence-informed manual therapies
  • Educate patients regarding diagnosis, prognosis, home care, posture, ergonomics, and injury prevention
  • Monitor patient progress through scheduled re-evaluations and outcome measures
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
