Job description

Manage and regulate patient flow throughout the therapy areas.

Explain therapies, equipment, and treatment processes to patients in a professional and compassionate manner.

Administer therapeutic modalities, including interferential therapy, intersegmental traction, Piezo Wave Therapy (Extracorporeal Shockwave Therapy), and other provider-prescribed therapies.

Administer manual therapy techniques, including soft tissue mobilization, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and other techniques as directed by the supervising provider and within the scope of training.

Assess patients for trigger points, muscular spasms, joint fixations, and changes in musculoskeletal status; report significant findings to the supervising provider.

Document therapy assessments, patient responses, and treatments accurately in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) for each visit.

Educate patients on Durable Medical Equipment (DME), including proper use, care, and fitting, and obtain all required documentation and signatures.

Maintain treatment rooms, therapy equipment, and supplies in a clean, organized, and operational condition.

Follow all clinic safety policies, infection control procedures, HIPAA regulations, and established clinical protocols.

Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management or the supervising provider.

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 08:30 AM – 12:30 PM 1:30 PM – 6:00 PM

Tuesday 08:30 AM – 12:30 PM 1:30 PM – 5:00 PM

Thursday 08:30 AM – 12:30 PM 1:30 PM – 4:30 PM
