Position Overview
The Chiropractic Assistant plays a critical role in supporting the provider team, guiding patients through care plans, and ensuring a smooth and efficient clinic flow. This role blends clinical support, patient engagement, and light administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Care & Clinical Support
  • Assist chiropractors with patient flow and treatment setup
  • Escort patients to treatment areas and ensure comfort
  • Prepare therapy modalities (e.g., e-stim, shockwave therapy, traction, hot/cold therapy)
  • Provide instruction on prescribed exercises and rehab protocols
  • Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked treatment areas

Patient Experience
  • Build strong rapport with patients and create a welcoming environment
  • Educate patients on treatment plans and expectations
  • Encourage compliance with care plans and follow-up visits
  • Handle patient questions with professionalism and empathy

Operations & Administrative Support
  • Assist with scheduling and patient check-in/check-out as needed
  • Maintain accurate patient documentation in EMR
  • Coordinate with front desk and providers to optimize clinic flow
  • Support daily clinic operations and team communication

Qualifications
  • Prior experience in a chiropractic, physical therapy, or medical office preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude with a team-first mentality
  • Basic computer/EMR proficiency

Preferred (Not Required)
  • Experience with personal injury patients
  • Familiarity with rehab exercises or therapy modalities
  • Background in fitness, kinesiology, or healthcare

Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Momentum Medical works very hard with our patients who have been injured in auto accidents and other injuries that are effecting their quality of life. We know it may be difficult for you to get the treatment you need because of the injuries you've sustained but its not impossible.
Serving Volusia, Flagler, Orange, Osceola, Hillsborough, Pasco, Pinellas, and Seminole county patients with back pain conditions, sports injury, work injury, headaches, lower back pain, auto accident injuries, neck pain and more.
