Cape Fox subsidiary, Kwaan Tech, LLC, is seeking a highly organized and motivated Program Manager to join our team in support of a federal government client. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines. This position is contingent upon the award.

Incumbents are encouraged to apply. The salary range (or hiring range) for this exempt position is: $169,800.00 - $188,400.00 The above salary range represents the company's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This job will be posted until filled or withdrawn. Core Duties: Responsible for overall contract performance and execution, including scheduling, control of services, and ensuring qualified personnel are assigned to tasks Provide all required reporting information accurately and promptly Resolve issues related to contract/task order performance Attend meetings and conferences as necessary Establish and maintain close, continuous, and responsive contact with government stakeholders (SSM, COR, CO) Ensure compliance with all mandatory, statutory, and regulatory requirements Develop and maintain management/staffing plans, participate in kickoff and status meetings, and prepare monthly progress/status reports as required Oversee and coordinate continuous process improvement initiatives for ship maintenance business processes Lead the development and integration of corporate metrics and analytics for ship maintenance programs Manage overall program operations, administration, and deliverable tracking Direct business process mapping and requirements development for digital transformation and IT system integration Direct business process mapping and requirements development for digital transformation and IT system integrationRequirements: Bachelor's Degree in the field of Business, Engineering, or Industrial Operations At least 10 years of experience in Naval Maintenance, including direct support of Naval Shipyard Industrial process requirements At least 5 years of experience supporting process or performance improvement efforts within Naval Shipyards, and / or At least 5 years of Corporate Navy Software Suite Functional and Process Knowledge/Experience Must have an Active Secret Security Clearance Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986 Highly Desired Qualifications (If applicable) Master's in a field related to Business, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science or equivalent field At least 15 years of experience in Naval Maintenance, including direct support of Naval Shipyard Industrial process requirements Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification Cape Fox Corporation, its subsidiaries, and affiliates provide equal employment opportunities to all persons and prohibit employment decisions on the basis of race, religion, color, creed, national origin, sex, age, disability, political affiliation, protected veteran status, or sexual orientation, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local law.
