As the Deputy CMC Program Manager you will:
Lead & develop 5+ Senior Project Managers, ensuring they have clear objectives, career growth plans, and the resources needed to succeed.
Own program baseline - maintain the program schedule, cost to target, and risk register; drive corrective actions to keep the program on time / on budget.
Stakeholder liaison - serve as the LM point of contact for the Navy Program Office, shipyard partners, and internal engineering leads; champion customer intimacy and transparent reporting.
Earned value management - review weekly/monthly Earned Value Management System (EVMS) updates, variance analysis, and executive briefings.
Risk & issue management - lead the team to effectively identify, mitigate and manage risks / issues.
People & culture champion - model LockheedMartin's core values, and mentor emerging talent.
